This Privacy Policy explains how tinyhouses.to handles your information when you use the Tiny House Design Studio — the one-time $99 purchase that unlocks 50 credits and a personal vision board, plus the free public gallery and inspiration pages.

Information We Process

• Account details: your name and email, handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Photos you upload: pictures of yourself, your land, or inspiration references you provide so we can generate your designs.
• Design inputs and outputs: the style, setting, and feature choices you make, plus the images and any 3D walkthrough we generate for you.
• Order and credit data: payment status, Stripe checkout identifiers, your credit balance and transaction history, and your board's private share token.
• Board activity: hearts and comments left by people you share your board with.
• Usage data: page views, form events, checkout events, and technical diagnostics used to operate and improve the service.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive transaction metadata but never store full card details.

How We Use Your Photos

Photos you upload are used only to generate images for your own design studio project. We store them privately and never use them in anyone else's designs, and we never use your photos or generated images to train AI models. You can request deletion of your photos and generated images at any time — see “Your Choices” below.

How We Use Data

• Generate your exterior and interior design images.
• Process your purchase, track your credit balance, and fulfill top-ups.
• Send order, delivery, and account emails.
• Prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and measure conversion.
• Publish and improve the public gallery and inspiration content.

Who We Share Data With

We use a small set of service providers to run the Studio, and we do not sell personal data:

• Stripe — payment processing for the $99 purchase and credit top-ups.
• Clerk — account creation and sign-in.
• Vercel — hosting and file storage for uploaded photos and generated images.
• FAL.ai — generates your exterior and interior design images from your inputs.
• World Labs — generates the optional, experimental 3D walkthrough.
• Resend — delivers order, delivery, and account emails.
• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — aggregate site analytics.

Shared Boards

Your vision board lives at a private link (tinyhouses.to/board/[token]). Boards are unlisted by default — only people you send the link to can view it, and it is never listed or searchable. You can turn on comments so people you share it with can react and leave feedback, and you can make your board public to the gallery, or revoke the link, at any time from your dashboard.

Your Choices

You can request a copy of your data, deletion of your photos and generated images, or correction of your account details at any time. For privacy requests or deletion questions, email amy at tinyhouses.to from the email address used at checkout.

A Note on Your Designs

Everything the Studio generates is a concept visualization for inspiration and planning conversations — not construction documents, and not engineered or stamped for permitting.
