Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of tinyhouses.to, a service that generates personalized tiny house design images. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The Product

  • Browsing the public gallery is free and does not require an account.
  • The paid product is the Design Studio: a one-time $99 purchase that unlocks 50 credits and one vision-board project.
  • Credits are spent as you create: 1 credit generates one image; an experimental 3D walkthrough of a generated design costs 10 credits. Your first vision board is included; each additional board costs 10 credits from your shared wallet, and its images cost 1 credit each as usual.
  • If you run out, you can top up credits at any time for $19 (10 credits) or $49 (30 credits).
  • Your finished board can be shared as a private link at tinyhouses.to/board/[token].
  • Everything the Studio generates is a concept visualization for inspiration and planning conversations — not architectural, legal, engineering, permitting, or construction documents.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy — see our 7-day porch-light guarantee.

Acceptable Use

  • No illegal content, abusive submissions, or misuse.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass payment, credit, or access controls.
  • You are responsible for the photos and information you submit for personalization, and for who you share your board's private link with.

Content & IP

The images and walkthroughs generated for your project are yours to keep, print, and share. Platform materials, templates, code, and product design remain owned by tinyhouses.to or its licensors.

Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided as is. Generated designs should not be relied on for zoning, permitting, construction, safety, cost, engineering, legal, or financial decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
