Refund Policy

🌲 The porch-light guarantee: if the $99 Design Studio doesn't make your tiny house dream feel closer, refund yourself from your billing page within 7 days of purchase. Credits are revoked when you refund, but your board and every image you generated stay yours.

Eligibility

• Any request made within 7 days of your $99 purchase is eligible for a full refund — no reason required.
• Credit top-ups ($19 for 10 credits, $49 for 30 credits) are covered by the same 7-day guarantee and refunded together with your purchase.
• Refunding your purchase revokes your remaining credits (your balance is set to 0), but your vision board and the images and 3D walkthrough you've already generated stay viewable and shareable — they're yours to keep.
• After 7 days, purchases are final except for duplicate charges or clear payment errors, which we will always refund.

How Refunds Work

Refunds are self-serve from your billing page. Within the 7-day window:

• If you've used 20 credits or fewer since your purchase, it's a single click — the refund runs instantly.
• If you've used more than 20 credits, we ask for a sentence about what didn't work — then the refund still runs automatically.
• We honor one automatic refund per customer. If you've been refunded before, your request is reviewed by a person (within 2 business days) rather than processed automatically.

Timing

Approved refunds are initiated promptly. Bank and card processing may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your provider.

Scope

Designs generated by the Studio are concept visualizations for inspiration and planning conversations. They are not architectural, legal, engineering, permitting, or construction advice.
